Here in our little corner shop, we're seasonally inspired by seaside stripes & salty air, a pop of pink from the gardens of the Parisian Tuileries, and the bright whites and endless blues of Mykonos. Full of surprises, with gifts of wit & whimsy, jewelry, candles, scarves, and accessories for every taste.

While we love our online community, it’s true what they say—home is where the heart is. And ours is here in Saratoga Springs. If you’ve never been, it can only be described as history with a heartbeat. Our sweet town is famous for many things, such as horse racing, our springs, and growing community of world-class restaurants, shops, arts, and culture.

We started our journey at 436 Broadway, which once upon a time was the home of Saratoga Men’s and Boy’s Shop. I remember looking at the space with my mom when it became available in the late 80’s. The space was outdated with a thick yellow film on the window, a drop ceiling and poor lighting but it had “good bones” and those windows, the stories those windows would grow to tell.
The rest is history. My Mother ran her gift shop Nostalgia in the space for many years until 15 years ago when we moved Lifestyles from the corner of Phila & Broadway.
In 2016 we went on to found our sister store, Caroline & Main. Inspired by seaside stripes & salty air, a pop of pink from the gardens of the Tuileries, and the bright whites and endless blues of Mykonos. Full of surprise with gifts of wit & whimsy.
Our philosophy is rooted in a strong foundation and a sustainable mindset. We believe that connection is key and confidence is contagious and hope to inspire you to spread joy wherever you go.
